So you feel you’re not fit enough?

This is the most common misconception to any new training but it has to start somewhere right? Googling fitness in Newy sucking back TimTams won’t cut it. Our coaches are ready to get you started and we LOVE teaching newbies and seeing the quick progress. We can scale all workouts back to get the appropriate stimulus you need to progress as an individual.

I’ve never trained am I going to die?

Maybe! Well, one day, yes. Our goal is to get you fitter faster and stronger and help you live your best life.Our classes will start you slowly from the basic movement patterns with a PVC pipe before loading the bar. How long do I have to use my passes?

The intro pack is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Till then you are welcome to use the gym whilst supervised and check out all we have to offer.

Can I just lift? I have my own programming.

Sure! We have a designated accessory area for those that want to follow their own training paths. Who doesn’t want to deadlift in the corner or curl in the squat rack whilst scrolling the 'gram? Don’t be a stranger though stay involved in all things Coalface.
